As you know, we have analyzed the risks in our procedures regarding the health and safety of you and our employees, within the scope of combating the epidemic, in our facility, as per the instructions of the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health, with the problem of the Covid 19 epidemic that has affected our world, and we continue to take additional measures. By maximizing our hygiene and cleaning standards that have been applied in our hotel before, we show sensitivity for their implementation in our rooms, restaurants and in general areas of use. In this context, with your contributions, we have taken the necessary measures to ensure that your stays are in the highest possible comfort and safety. We would like to kindly remind you of the changes that you must follow by sharing the measures we have taken in the context of combating the epidemic.
First of all, we have prepared “Pandemi covid 19“action plans with the participation of our senior management in our facility. With this plan, we have trained all our employees on personal hygiene, cleaning, social distance and disinfection practices in order to determine the risks and to take measures quickly. By preparing the measures and procedures that each department should take, we have prepared and implement application plans for cleaning and disinfection procedures. All our employees who are in direct contact with you have been informed to use personal protectors and provided the necessary equipment.
Upon arrival at our hotel, the employees, will take your bags and deliver them to your room after disinfection. Guests information and the consent form to be given to you. Our guest relation will inform you about our new practices and hygiene/disinfection rules. Optional disposable masks are available at reception and in customer relations. The use of a mask is up on you. Your use of masks will be recommended for your safety. Social distance rules and markings in the lobby and reception areas are available for your safety. Your room and towel cards will be given to you disinfected. Our information posters for the protection of social distance, hand washing and disinfection are hanging in many parts of our hotel. Please follow the rules of social distance. Your rooms during the holiday are cleaned according to cleaning services, hygiene and disinfection procedures on surfaces also (door handles, controls, reception, handrails, elevator buttons and electric buttons) that have a lot of hand contact and areas where you will spend your holiday. Your rooms have been cleaned and ventilated and ready for use in accordance with our procedures before you arrive. Please take your room in frequent air during your stay. We recommend using the hand sanitizers at restaurant entrances. Mask less customers will receive masks. Tables will be ready for new use according to the cleaning and hygiene rules after each guest. Baby chairs will be stretched and ready by making the necessary disinfection and the same procedure will be applied after each use. Our restaurants will be cleaned and ventilated according to our hygiene and cleaning rules after closing hours, restaurants / buffets will be disinfected with ULV method and ready for the next use.
The equipment and materials for all activities will be disinfected before and after use. As part of the press release published by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
The Mini Club will accept children by reservation,the temperature of the children will be measured and recorded.All applications regarding the cleaning and disinfection of the mini club area and its materials are carried out meticulously. Cleaning and disinfection is carried out at the end of use in sauna, Turkish bath, massage applications and steam bath. Reservation system will be applied.
After each use, we ask you to disinfect every tool you use during your time in the fitness room after you're done.
We kindly ask you to pay attention to the rules when using our pools and slides. According to the rules set out in the regulation on the health principles in which swimming pool water, swimming pools are subject, chlorine levels and pH values are adjusted and checked periodically.
We would like to draw your attention to the following issues again according to the user information and the rules that our guests should pay attention
1) Follow the posters and warning signs in our resort.
2) Never stop following the rules of social distance.
3) Wash your hands frequently according to the rules.
4) Please follow the warnings made by our staff.
5) Inform our staff when you notice or feel suspicious situation in your environment please help us take precautions.
In addition, we would like to remind you that those who reside abroad and come to our country for tourism purposes can have a PCR test performed at least 48 hours in advance, according to the request of the countries. PCR tests; You can have it done by the health personnel who have been trained to take samples assigned by the contracted health institution within the facility. If your Covid test result is positive and you do not need to be hospitalized, you and the people staying in the same room with you will be able to stay in your own room in our hotel (according to availability) until the end of your isolation period. We would like to remind you that you cannot go out of the room during the isolation period. If you extend your stay due to Covid 19 at the end of your stay, the hotel will charge you per person per day.
